RRM-CLM Services is a private company who partners with various public agencies at the federal, state, and local levels to operate campgrounds and recreation areas under long-term concession agreements. We currently operate close to 500 locations in 13 states.

Our team is the foundation of this Company and is comprised of people from all walks of life that bring diverse experiences and backgrounds, and who share one common interest: to provide excellence in customer service and to facilitate amazing camping experiences!

Almost all of our employees, even for our stores and marinas, are work campers. At RRM-CLM, most of our employment positions fall into two categories: Camp Hosts and Camp Area Managers. Typically, our Managers advance into their role by beginning as a Camp Host. We recognize and promote our talented Hosts through our robust Management-In-Training Program. We consider hiring Managers externally if skills and experience match our Company goals.
